The breakfast was standard continental: eggs, several cereals, bacon, sausage, waffle maker, coffee, juice dispenser. The rooms were very clean. The linens were mid-high quality. The decor was impressive. The staff was super friendly. I've never stayed at a Best Western before, but this was better than the Hiltons we stayed in on this family vacation; generally we were very impressed and would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

The room was clean, well air conditioned, had good TV stations, bathroom was excellent and everything met all our needs. The staff were exceptional as I had a few special requests and everything was taken care of perfectly. There are a number of new hotels in this area and this one has been here for a long time. It's been recently renovated and looks new on the inside. I'd definitely stay here in the future. For the price, this was exceptional.

Room 222 where we stayed had a recent bathroom renovation. The new facelift included stone countertop and walk-in shower w/ waterfall showerhead (very nice!). the room was clean, the king size bed was very comfortable. All the room amenities worked as expected. At check-in and out, our concierge was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary Breakfast was very good, especially with fresh made pancakes and mini waffles.

The building looked very nice from the outside driving up to it. The lobby was inviting and looked very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable and well stocked. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite but we really enjoyed Stacey at the front desk. He was a breath of fresh, friendly air. We stayed for several days and Stacey helped us find out about the metro and made our trip much nicer.

From the outside this hotel is very unassuming as it is older than the big newer hotels that have been built nearby, but inside the rooms are spacious and well decorated, the staff are unfailingly helpful and pleasant, and the price is right. The breakfast is good and the breakfast room is huge so you never have an issue with finding a table.
